Pre departure

If your outbound flight is cancelled you may amend to an alternative holiday/flight without incurring our amendment fees, subject to any special promotional accommodation, airline prices that were only available at time of booking , or where supplier costs have changed due to your new dates. If the alternative holiday is cheaper than the original, then the difference in price will be refunded. If we are unable to secure an alternative holiday/ flight for you then a refund may be offered, subject to any special promotional fares that were only available at time of booking.

Post departure

If your return flight is cancelled, in the event that the airline is a non EU carrier and/or your travel insurance will not cover you, on agreement with us or our resort team , we will provide reasonable accommodation and meals until alternative arrangements are made for your return.

Guarantee only applies to bookings that include flight and accommodation for full duration of stay.

ATOL and ABTA will ensure that you are repatriated or given a full refund in the unlikely event of our financial failure, and if you have booked a package holiday with us.

Customers that book separate flights and accommodation or scheduled flights direct with an airline do not have the same financial protection as those customers who book flights as part of a package.
