Hotels in Singapore

Singapore is the ultimate Asian metropolis, an exciting blend of modern development and the Orient of old, with towering skyscrapers nestling alongside quaint colonial monuments. The hotels in Singapore are ultra-modern with superb facilities and excellent service, much like the rest of this ever-growing city.

Holidays to Singapore are the perfect city break, with a huge range of nightlife and clubs along Boat and Clarke Quay, including a massive Ministry of Sound, and bars serving the famous 'Singapore Sling' cocktail. If wild nights out aren't your scene, then you can shop 'til you actually drop on holidays in Singapore ? the city is the home of the mega mall, with the Mustafa Centre open 24-hours a day!

For a dose of zen-like calm, holidays to Singapore also offer all the ancient customs of the Far East, with a rich colonial heritage and excellent museums. Traditional cuisine can be savoured on Chinatown's imaginatively named 'foodstreet'. Pull up a pew with the locals and chow down on Chilli Crab and rice, or Malay Chicken Satay, in a delicious peanut sauce. The city's cosmopolitan make-up means cuisine is truly international, and many restaurants in hotels in Singapore serve a fusion of Asian flavours.

Soak up the old-world city on holidays in Singapore in the peaceful Botanical Gardens, with over 10,000 varieties of fragrant flowers. Singapore is a surprisingly green city, and nature lovers are spoilt for choice with two nature reserves in the city boundaries, and the 'Night Safari' for some wildlife watching after-hours.

On Sentosa Island and Palau Ubin you'll discover a different side to Singapore. These peaceful islands offer a laid-back retreat after the hectic modern city, with sleepy villages, prawn farms and granite hills to explore.
