Hotels in Tanzania
Tanzania hotels offer both luxurious beach retreats and safari adventures on the African plains. For a relaxing beach break on a palm-fringed shore choose Zanzibar's Spice Islands, unwind on white sands, whilst tucking into fresh seafood flavoured with coconut.
The other side of holidays to Tanzania is all about the safari, and the African Serengeti is on your doorstep. Explore the Selous Game Reserve, one of the largest parks in the world, and witness the annual Wildebeest Migration across the Serengeti National Park. The snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro are easy viewing from your Tanzania hotels, but scaling Africa's highest mountain is only for the brave! Exploring the amphitheatre of Ngorongoro Crater is a more realistic adventure on holidays to Tanzania.
If you've had enough of rambling around in jeeps and 4x4s, visit the Swahili Coast for a taste of traditional life on holidays in Tanzania. Scour the Arab markets and pick up Makonde wood carvings and drums for gifts and souvenirs.
