Beach Villas are scattered around the island and they all face the beach. They are around 65 metres squared and have thatched roofs. The bedroom has a four poster King-size bed or twin beds, there is also an outdoor rain shower, a private veranda with sun loungers and a Maldivian style swing. Facilities include air-conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, a timber deck and part open air bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi is available payable locally.

Water Villas
The water villas are built on stilts over the lagoon with a glass fronted bedroom, which offers a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. They feature a large patio with sun loungers, a Maldivian style swing and steps leading down to the sea. The villas are around 60 metres squared in total and they have a King size bed or twin beds, bathtub and separate covered shower, espresso machine and large deck with steps leading down to the water.

Beach Villa Suites
These suites are comprised of two villas joined with an outdoor seating area. They have two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with twin beds, a part open-air bathroom with bathroom and outdoor rain shower, private wooden deck with sun loungers and a Maldivian swing. The suite is very spacious at 178 metres squared.

Breakfast, Lunch & dinner in the main restaurant, afternoon tea/coffee with snacks between 4pm & 6pm, soft drinks, beer, house wine and pouring spirits drinks served by the glass between 10am and midnight plus one island hopping excursion and one sunset fishing excursion.
